Prologue-Chapter 6
- The prologue begins with a prelude to war. Similar to the World Wars in the United States, Tamnarae has many different factions joining together to face each other in battle. Do you enjoy studying the World Wars? Why or why not?

Chapters 7-13

- Zaden continues to struggle with adulterous thoughts about Etania. What instigates a change in him?
- Etania thinks that she can save Bayanna on her own. When have you relied on yourself, only to have it backfire?

Chapters 14-20
